Dainis will be sharing techniques from both his Judo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu experience, including practical takedowns, throws, grips, transitions to the ground, and his collar sleeve guard system.

This seminar is a great opportunity to improve both your stand-up game and your guard, while learning techniques that can be applied directly to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
