AGES 4-6

A fun and interactive introduction to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for younger kids. Classes use simple movements, games, and basic techniques to help children build coordination, body awareness, balance, and confidence on the mats.

Classes are separated into groups for smaller class sizes.

Group A | 4:30pm | Monday & Wednesday

AGES 6-8

This class helps kids build fundamental Jiu Jitsu skills while developing confidence, discipline, coordination, and self defense awareness in a safe and supportive environment.

A more technical class for older kids who are ready to build stronger Jiu Jitsu skills, improve confidence, and challenge themselves in a positive team environment.

A challenging and positive class for teenagers. Students build Jiu Jitsu skills, strength, endurance, self defense awareness, discipline, confidence, and leadership in a supportive training environment.
