GI BASICS

Students will learn the foundational movements & techniques of Jiu-Jitsu, enhancing your fitness, mental resilience, and grappling prowess. Techniques focus on the essential escapes & submissions to help build a strong foundation. 

Who Should Attend:

Whether you're new to Jiu-Jitsu or have prior experience, adults of all fitness levels and backgrounds are welcome.

GI INTERMEDIATE

Classes focus on achieving dominant positions & submissions using guard passing, sweeps and dynamic sequences. 

Who Should Attend:

Open to all belt levels. Instructor approval is required.

    Saturday | 12pm (1hr)

    Sparring
    Sunday | 10am (1hr)
